HDA Truck Pride is pleased to announce the appointment of Bryan Funke as Chief Operating Officer. Bryan joins HDA Truck Pride with more than 20 years’ experience in the automotive OE and aftermarket industries.

Bryan’s experience includes almost 15 years with IHS Markit (formerly R. L. Polk & Co.) in a variety of roles spanning from sales and client services, to global sales strategy and operations. His most recent role focused on recall outreach, spearheading the creation of this new business unit to help increase recall repair rates. Prior to IHS Markit, Bryan worked at Federal Mogul & Diesel Technology as both a Commercial Vehicle Application Engineer and Account Manager. Bryan has deep experience in working with industry trade organizations with active involvement in Auto Care Association, HDMA and SAE throughout his career.

His customer-focused approach will be apparent as he works in his new role to enhance member value, leveraging his experience in product engineering, finance, information technology and sales & marketing.

Bryan resides in Brighton, Michigan with his wife Kat and two children. In his spare time, he cherishes spending time with his family and friends, coaching youth sports and playing basketball and golf. Bryan is on the board of directors for The Hero Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to Michigan families who are suffering from cancer. He holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University and earned his MBA in Finance from Walsh College.
