E.L.M. Repair and Refrigeration of Edgar, WI was awarded the 2017 HDA Truck Pride Truck Service Expert of the Year. This prestigious award was presented to E.L.M. on Thursday, April 5th in front of an audience of more than 600 members, suppliers, and industry personnel. Accepting the award on behalf of E.L.M. was Owner, Evan Lang along with his son, Diagnostics Expert, Jonah Lang.
E.L.M. Repair and Refrigeration is sponsored by Zientara Fleet Equipment. Wayne Cebula, Zientara Salesman, has been working in conjunction with Lang for more than 9 years to grow the business at E.L.M., expanding product category offerings, enhancing training opportunities and business processes. Established in 1996 by Evan and Mary Lang as a mobile air conditioning specialist, E.L.M. has expanded their operation to a state-of-the-art 21 bay, full service truck and trailer repair facility. They were chosen as the 2017 Truck Service Expert of the Year based upon their exceptional customer satisfaction and technological advancements, along with their relentless focus on training and constant improvement.
Relentless seems to sum up the character behind the business at E.L.M. Not only does the team at E.L.M. have relentless focus on their customers and their employees. They also forge beyond the expected when it comes to community service. E.L.M. supports a variety of local charities including Keeping Kids Warm, Toys for Tots, and the Edgar Lions Club where half of the E.L.M. staff participates in the annual bowling fundraiser, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
