10/31/2017 Tina Alread Honored
HDA Truck Pride is thrilled to announce that Tina Alread has been recognized by Northwood University, in partnership with the Auto Care Association, AWDA, and MEMA, for her unwavering dedication to aftermarket education. The award is reserved for industry leaders whose significant contributions have shaped this industry and provided a strong educational platform for future leaders to gain a foothold. Tina has passionately embodied these ideals for nearly three decades.
Currently the VP of Marketing and Communications for HDA Truck Pride, Tina has led strategic marketing and communications activities, and historically sales, for eight years. Prior to joining the prominent marketing group, she led all commercial channel sales at AxleTech for three years. The first eighteen years of her career were spent at Federal-Mogul Corporation, with an intense focus on the commercial vehicle aftermarket, both in distribution and business development for independent distributors and the fleets. She is on the Membership Committee of Women in Auto Care, involved in Women in Trucking, on the ACA Blue Ribbon Committee, a part of GenNext HD, and a Member of TMC.
“Northwood chose the perfect honoree in Tina. She understands the industry, she knows the customers, and she can roll up her sleeves and teach an installation clinic,” states Reimondo. “In addition to these attributes, she is a role model for future leaders because she is financially astute, and familiar with innovations impacting our industry over the coming years. She epitomizes the aspirations for this prestigious award.”
In her spare time, Tina enjoys volunteering with her wonderful kids at the Humane Society of Michigan. She also gives her time and considerable talent to Women of Work Skills and 100 Women Who Care in Livingston County. In her spare time, she loves to walk, scrapbook, and travel. She holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, and a BA in Business from Adrian College.
